Mayor Rocío Adame of Playas de Rosarito Introduces Council for Animal Welfare and Responsible Pet Ownership

Aiming to promote education and raising awareness about responsible pet ownership, the City Hall led by Mayor Rocío Adame Muñoz of Rosarito established the Technical Advisory Council for Animal Protection and Control.
